About this item
Polymeric HPLC phase based on sulfonated spherical PS/DVB resin in ionic form for the separation of organic acids.
- H+ form column is suitable for separation of organic acids as well as alcohols and sugars
Separation mechanism includes steric exclusion, ligand exchange and partition effects.
The eluent of 5 mmol/L H2SO4 in the column is also recommended for the application.
The Valco type guard column cartridge is used for analytical Valco column with the guard column holder C (MANA719538).
